Main Job Purpose

Responsible for driving performance and increasing the operation rate through the business to achieve a cohesive and optimal experience for all customer and staff segments across touchpoints and good communication with all.

Accountabilities
  • Monitor of applications booking – subscriptions( Telgani ) projects for processing and achieving the budget in supporting the operation of daily rental branches and achieving the objectives.

  • Monitor and follow up for pending tickets with daily complaints with CS group and CES score.

  • receiving the rental reservations to support the Rental agents to prepare the vehicles as per policy and procedure.

  • Monitor idle vehicles with extended period and follow up with the branch to identify reason.

  • "Managing and coordinating Jeddah Airport bookings, while ensuring effective communication with customers to facilitate pickup and service procedures.". Fully support for RSA to communications with outside parking team (drivers – cleaners for get high quality of rental procedure.

  • Monitor with support the supervisors’ tasks for pending issues between collection and legal departments.

  • Support operations as assigned by his management needs.

Qualification
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Rental operation and customer service.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade.

  • Proficiency in using computer software and ERP systems.

  • Ability to handle numbers and perform financial analysis.

  • Excellent organizational skills and effective time management.

  • Good knowledge of local financial laws and regulations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

  • Arabic is required, and English is preferable.
