Main Job Purpose

Will be responsible for managing all insurance-related matters for the Company’s fleet, including accident reporting, claims processing, coordination with insurers, and recovery management. The role ensures timely claim settlement, cost control, regulatory compliance, and minimized fleet downtime.

Accountabilities
  • Oversee end-to-end motor insurance claims process (third-party, own damage, total loss, recovery).

  • Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, workshops, and internal operations teams.

  • Review accident reports and ensure complete documentation submission within required timelines.

  • Monitor claim status, follow up on approvals, and expedite settlements.

  • Validate repair estimates and ensure alignment with insurance approvals.

  • Manage recovery cases from third parties and ensure receivable tracking.

  • Control insurance claim costs and identify trends to reduce loss ratios.

  • Maintain accurate claims records and update ERP / fleet systems (SUP).

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi insurance regulations and company policies.

  • Analyse accident patterns and recommend preventive actions to reduce claims frequency.

  • Prepare monthly reports on claims volume, settlement ratios, recovery performance, and financial impact.

  • Liaise with brokers and insurers during policy renewals and coverage negotiations (if applicable).

Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in motor insurance claims, preferably in fleet, leasing, or automotive industry.

  • Strong knowledge of Saudi motor insurance procedures and claims handling.

  • Strong analytical and cost-control mindset.

  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

  • Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to handle high claim volumes under pressure.

  • Strong coordination between operations and insurance providers.

  • Integrity, compliance, and confidentiality.

  • Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English
