As a Contract Manager, you are responsible for overseeing contract execution, administration, and compliance while ensuring effective service delivery and operational performance. You will manage contractual obligations, support decision-making processes, supervise teams, and ensure alignment with company standards, policies, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Administration:
Manage and oversee all contract-related activities, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Operations Oversight:
Support and monitor operational performance, particularly in janitorial or related service areas.
Project & Performance Management:
Ensure contracts are executed efficiently, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Team Supervision & Leadership:
Supervise personnel, ensuring effective workforce management, productivity, and development.
Financial & Administrative Control:
Support budgeting, cost control, accounting coordination, and administrative processes.
Customer Satisfaction:
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Your skills and experience
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Management;
OR Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) with a diploma/certificate in Business Administration or Management from a recognized institution.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role or 2 years in a managerial role within a related field.
Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of contract administration, personnel management, accounting, data processing, and facilities or janitorial operations.
Language Proficiency (Level A):
Must communicate fluently in English (written and spoken), prepare reports, present data, and interpret safety rules.
License Requirement:
Valid driving license required.
Competencies:
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to plan, organize, analyze, and drive performance while maintaining cost efficiency and team development.
