Your Job
As a Supervisor – HVAC, you are responsible for overseeing HVAC systems operations including installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. You will supervise teams, ensure system efficiency, maintain compliance with standards, and manage maintenance planning and scheduling activities.
Key Responsibilities:
HVAC Operations Supervision
Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform and supervise preventive maintenance and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
System Monitoring
Monitor performance of chilled water and direct expansion HVAC systems
Technical Review
Read and interpret equipment diagrams and maintenance manuals
Team Supervision
Supervise technicians, assign tasks, and monitor performance
Specialized Equipment Handling
Manage advanced refrigeration systems including chillers, ice machines, and cooling units
Planning & Scheduling
Plan maintenance activities and manage work schedules effectively
Your skills and experience
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualification
Diploma in Air Conditioning or HVAC
Experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role in a related field
Knowledge
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including installation, maintenance, ductwork, refrigeration systems, system balancing, and automated controls
Language Proficiency Level B
Must communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, write simple reports, and understand most safety rules
License Requirement
Driving license required
Competencies
Strong technical expertise, troubleshooting skills, planning and scheduling ability, and effective supervisory skills
