Your Job
As a QA/QC Officer, you are responsible for ensuring that all services meet quality standards and comply with health and safety requirements. You will monitor performance, prepare reports, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure efficient service delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance & Control
Monitor and ensure services meet agreed quality standards
Compliance Management
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company procedures
Performance Monitoring
Track service performance and identify areas for improvement
Reporting
Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to management
Customer Satisfaction
Handle feedback and complaints effectively to maintain service quality
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for improvement and support implementation of enhancements
Operational Efficiency
Ensure services are delivered efficiently and in line with agreed standards
Your skills and experience
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance Engineering or a related field from a fully accredited and reputable university
Experience
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or quality control
Knowledge
Strong knowledge of quality standards, health and safety compliance, and continuous improvement practices
Language Proficiency Level A
Must communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, prepare reports, and understand safety standards
License Requirement
Driving license required
Competencies
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem solving ability, and effective communication skills
