POSITION OVERVIEW
The Technology Adviser role is an important position within TSE Technology Solutions , contributing to technology consultancy engagements and supporting the delivery of technology-driven projects.
The Technology Solutions Team leads early engagements with clients, defining and documenting technology strategies and offering guidance on technology solutions across venues, sports and entertainment environments. In addition, the team oversee and deliver technology-driven projects across all TSE service offerings, including infrastructure, digital and data services.
The role involves contributing to advisory, subject matter expertise, project support, design, and delivery services for key sport, venue and event clients in the region.
Technology Advisory: Support and contribute to technology consulting engagements with TSE clients.
Delivery: Support the delivery of technology-driven projects and engagements across all TSE service offerings.
Business Development and Sales: Contribute to the Technology Solutions and broader TSE sales pipeline by identifying prospects, generating leads and supporting opportunities.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with existing and prospective customers, internal subject matter experts and business leads.
RESPONSIBILITIES
offering guidance on technologies in venues, sport and entertainment environments, ensuring that client commercial, operational and feasibility constraints and requirements are considered.
Assist in the delivery of Technology Solutions projects, across all TSE service offerings, including but not limited to: advisory, design, delivery, operations, and intelligence.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal subject matter experts, external clients and partners, creating operational efficiencies and developing our offerings. Foster strong outcome-orientated client relationships to drive client satisfaction, growth and client retention.
Contribute to business development and sales activities within Technology Solutions and the wider TSE, by identifying prospects, generating leads and supporting opportunities. Assist in tender documentation and sales activities. Support cross-selling and up-selling of TSE services.
Uphold the client-focused values, market-leading brand and reputation of TSE.
Further develop local relationships with vendors and integrators.
Develop knowledge on innovation and new technologies.
Deliver any other activities and priorities as determined by your line manager or needs of the organization as identified from time to time.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Formal project management qualification is desirable (PRINCE2, PMP, APM or equivalent).
Experience in technology consulting, business strategy or similar.
Experience within the sports, entertainment or major events sectors is advantageous.
Experience of supporting the delivery of technology hardware and software projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
Information Technology related degree or relevant experience
