The IT Specialist is responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting computer systems, networks, hardware.

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and other IT equipment
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and connectivity
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
Install software updates, patches, and antivirus solutions
Perform regular system backups and assist with disaster recovery planning
