Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to support the preparation of accurate and competitive cost estimates for Facilities Management projects. The role will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, developing pricing models, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver successful tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review project scope, specifications, and tender requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.

  • Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, site surveys, and technical documentation.

  • Develop detailed cost breakdowns covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.

  • Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.

  • Collaborate with operations, technical, procurement, and finance teams to validate assumptions and methodologies.

  • Assess cost risks and apply appropriate contingencies and allowances within estimates.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in estimation or quantity surveying.

  • Experience within the Facilities Management industry is preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in estimation tools and Microsoft Excel.
