Role & Responsibilities

The Mobilization Manager leads the mobilization and demobilization of facilities management contracts, ensuring smooth transitions, operational readiness, service continuity, and compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the mobilization of new contracts from award through to operational go-live, ensuring service continuity and contractual compliance.

  • Develop mobilization plans covering scope, resource requirements, timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and stakeholder communication.

  • Conduct site due diligence and operational readiness assessments prior to service commencement.

  • Deliver mobilization training and competency programs.

  • Establish and oversee project governance, stage-gate reviews, and reporting frameworks.

  • Lead demobilization and contract exit activities, including asset recovery, staff redeployment, and documentation transfer.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management, operations, or contract management, including at least 4 years leading large-scale mobilization and transition projects for IFM contracts.

  • PMP preferred; ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma, NEBOSH/IOSH, or FMP/CFM certifications advantageous.

  • Extensive experience delivering facilities management contracts within the GCC market and its regulatory environment.

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
