Role

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to drive strategic sourcing and procurement excellence across assigned categories, ensuring value creation, supplier performance, and effective stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities across assigned categories.

  • Develop and implement category sourcing strategies.

  • Lead supplier sourcing, evaluations, and selection processes.

  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements.

  • Review and manage contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

  • Monitor supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.

  • Proven experience in supplier management and commercial negotiations.

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract management.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Professional certifications such as CIPS are an advantage.
