Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to support the delivery of Facilities Management (FM) services for a prestigious account. The role will focus on ensuring operational excellence, enhancing client satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the client, ensuring strong working relationships.
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day FM service delivery, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved.
Support the implementation of account strategies and operational plans in alignment with client expectations.
Track, analyze, and report on service performance, including dashboards and operational reports.
Work closely with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient service execution.
Monitor costs and support budget control and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
10 years of experience in Facilities Management or account coordination roles, including client-facing responsibilities.
Exposure to large-scale or complex projects/clients is preferred.
IFMA certifications (FMP/CFM) and/or PMP, or equivalent professional certifications, are preferred.
