Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to support the delivery of Facilities Management (FM) services for a prestigious account. The role will focus on ensuring operational excellence, enhancing client satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with contractual obligations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the client, ensuring strong working relationships.

  • Coordinate and monitor day-to-day FM service delivery, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved.

  • Support the implementation of account strategies and operational plans in alignment with client expectations.

  • Track, analyze, and report on service performance, including dashboards and operational reports.

  • Work closely with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient service execution.

  • Monitor costs and support budget control and financial performance.

  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 10 years of experience in Facilities Management or account coordination roles, including client-facing responsibilities.

  • Exposure to large-scale or complex projects/clients is preferred.

  • IFMA certifications (FMP/CFM) and/or PMP, or equivalent professional certifications, are preferred.
